Snow days make for painting. When one paints, the canvas is blank and you can be anywhere.

Personal Portrait

For my advanced drawing class, I had to create a personal portrait 

and abstract it with something personal. Since gardening is a passion, I chose poppies. 

I could only use two colors, and I was amazed at what one could do with just blending two colors. 

I want to try another!
